Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled without additional charges if they have not entered the packing or shipping process.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom Products

Orders containing customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
