If your delivery address qualifies for COD, the option will automatically appear during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

We accept return requests for unused and unopened products within our return eligibility period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send another email containing your shipment confirmation and tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your package until delivery.

The longevity of a fragrance depends on its concentration, skin type, weather conditions, and application method. On average, Atmos fragrances are designed to provide long-lasting performance throughout the day.

For longer-lasting fragrance, apply perfume to pulse points such as:

• Behind the ears
• Inside elbows

Avoid rubbing your wrists together after applying, as this can affect the fragrance development.
